Fired Up Wellness is a firefighter-focused wellness program grounded in preventative health, intelligent nutrition, functional strength, recovery, and resilience. Our protocols are designed specifically for the realities of the fire service, accounting for shift work, high stress exposure, metabolic health, injury prevention, and career longevity.
